Next scheduled meeting of the Amerige Heights Community Association Board of Directors:	February 21, 2012  (NEW MEETING) ADJOURNED Annual Meeting of the Membership 6:30 PM   Quorum was not met at the Annual Meeting on January 23rd.  An adjourned meeting of the membership will now take place on February 21, 2012.   The purpose of the meeting is to elect three board members.
Meeting Location:	Fisler School Multi Purpose Room
Agenda:	January 23, 2012 Meeting Agenda / Notice   Meeting notices and agendas will now be posted in the community at Mc Durmont Park near the fountains. Civil code requires that an agenda of the Board Meeting be provided to homeowners at least 4 days prior to each meeting. In an effort to keep costs down, the Board has approved the posting of the agenda at the community park. The agenda will also be posted on this website prior to the meeting.
Annual Meeting of the Membership:	ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP 2012 The January 2012 Meeting of the Membership will will be held for the purpose of electing two Directors for 2 year terms and one vacant Director  position for a one year term.  Meeting information, candidate statements and voting instructions have been mailed to homeowners.   January 23, 2012 Meeting Agenda / Notice
