Meeting notices and agendas will now be posted in the community at Mc Durmont Park near the fountains. Civil code requires that an agenda of the Board Meeting be provided to homeowners at least 4 days prior to each meeting. In an effort to keep costs down, the Board has approved the posting of the agenda at the community park. The agenda will also be posted on this website prior to the meeting.

The ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP of the AMERIGE HEIGHTS COMMUNITY was to have taken place on January 25, 2010. Membership quorum was not met based on mail-in ballots/proxies, therefore a meeting could not be held. Only 127 out of 282 resident ballots/proxies were returned.

An adjourned annual meeting was held on February 22, 2010.

Two Board members were elected for two (2) year terms:

Susan Fanello and Tom Moore

Please Note: The Board of Directors for your community meets on a Bi-monthly basis (February, April, June, August and October). As a result, the date of the most recent approved Board Meeting Minutes may be 2 months prior to the current date. The minutes of each meeting must be approved by the Board, at the next scheduled meeting, and are then posted on the website for your reference. February minutes would be posted after the April meeting, April after the June meeting, and so on.
