Amerige Heights Community Association, its directors, officers, agents and employees (“Association”), do not warrant, guarantee, or otherwise represent that the Service will be free from errors, without interruption, or free from viruses or other disabling or harmful devices or breaches of security that a user of the service (“User”) may experience as a result of the User’s use of the Service.
