Greenfield Fullerton I (Greenfield) is pleased to offer a new state of the art Fiber to the Home Telecommunication System to all residents of the Amerige Heights Community. The system is capable of providing High-speed Internet, Cable TV, and voice services over a single fiber optic line to each home, however Greenfield will only offer the High-speed Internet services at this time. Greenfield’s Internet service consists of download speeds up to 7.0 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 3.0 Mbps and will also include a community Intranet, located on site, accessible to all residents.

The fee for both the High-speed Internet service and the community Intranet will be included in each residents Home Owners Association dues, without the need for any DSL or cable modems. The Fiber to the Home System itself is capable of providing speeds up to 100 Mbps per home insuring a relatively future proof communication pipe to each resident’s home, and since the system is also capable of carrying voice and cable TV services, it allows the ability for future competitive voice and cable TV services to all residents including additional services such as Video on Demand.

	Every home in Amerige Heights comes wired to the community's new fiber optic high-speed data network, or Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) System. Faster than today's DSL, FTTH transmits data via light pulses, so residents can truly communicate at the speed of light. Initially, the FTTH System will provide high-speed Internet access and will link to the Amerige Heights Internet network. Even faster connections will be available, subject to additional Expanded Services fees. Other Expanded Services may include video services, video conferencing interactive games and more.
